Turmeric (Curcuma longa) has a long history of use in traditional medicine.   • Take one tbsp. of raw honey, 3-4 tbsp. of lemon juice and mix it with 2-3 pinches of turmeric powder, mix everything well. Use clean hands to spread a thin layer onto each armpit. Let the turmeric armpit mask sit for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water, using a soft, wet washcloth. 

  • Take one tbsp of Ground turmeric, 1 tsp of organic apple cider vinegar, one tbsp of raw honey, warmed, and about 1-2 tbsp of milk. Mix the turmeric powder with the apple cider vinegar and honey in a small glass bowl. Mix it well until it achieves a thin paste-like consistency. Use clean hands to spread a thin layer onto each armpit. Let the turmeric armpit mask sit for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water, using a soft, wet washcloth. If turmeric powder stains your skin yellow, apply milk to a cotton ball and swipe all over the stained skin.
