Shipping & Returns
After an order is placed, please allow up to one week for your order to ship. In an effort to maintain sustainable practices and protect the freshness of your product, we handcraft each item we send out. This includes bottling, labeling, and shipping your product. Handcrafted items do take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Once your item has shipped, you will be sent an email with shipping confirmation. After you have received your shipping confirmation, please allow another week for your item to arrive.
While we do offer international shipping, we cannot accept responsibility for the customs fees that may occur. You, the buyer, are responsible for these fees. International shipments may take up to four weeks to arrive due to customs delays.
DAMAGES & CONCERNS
Each Purvari product is handcrafted, natural, and dependent on seasonal variations in the harvest. Products may vary slightly from batch to batch due to natural differences in our raw materials.
If you have concerns about your product beyond these natural variations or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please send us a picture of the damage so that we can process an exchange or refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return your product, please contact us immediately. Returns are usually processed as an exchange or store credit unless the product is being returned due to damage or a defect.
In order to receive store credit, you must return your product within 30 days of receiving your order. Please allow for return delivery time as we must receive the return in our facility within that 30-day window. Unused bottles will receive a 100% refund in store credit; used bottles will receive only 50% store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not reimburse return shipping expenses. Please maintain proof of shipment in case your return is lost in transit.
We cannot accept returns on products purchased through one of our stockists, and recommend returning the product directly to your original point of purchase.
