Are your products natural?
Yes! We source the finest natural ingredients in the world to care for your skin. We avoid synthetic additives like fragrance, preservatives, and colorants so that you can be sure you’re using the purest product possible.
Unlike many rosewaters that are boiled for sterilization purposes, Purvari Rose Petal Mist is a raw product. Boiling can neutralize the plant-based compounds that nurture the skin. In an attempt to preserve the nourishing benefits of these compounds, we sometimes have to add less than 1% of an FDA-approved stabilizer for organic products.
Are your products vegan?
Every Purvari product is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We only work with suppliers who can prove that they do not test on animals. We love animals, and it’s important to us to protect their safety.
Where do your materials come from?
The majority of our pure and natural ingredients come from India where they are cultivated using old world farming and harvesting techniques. We make sure that all of our suppliers align with our commitment to purity and responsible business ethics.
How should I store my Purvari products?
Because our products are natural and wholesome, it’s important to store them properly to extend their shelf life. Keep products out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below.
What if my mist smells a little different?
In nature, no two harvests are exactly the same. Because our Rose Petal Mist is a natural and unprocessed ingredient, each bottle may vary slightly in color and scent, depending on variations in the organic rose petals. This does not make the product less effective or less pure; it is simply a result of differences in the roses themselves.
When should I use my mist?
Our Rose Petal Mist is a great multi-tasker, so you can use it whenever you like. Some popular uses include applying it to a cotton pad and using it as a toner after cleansing, mixing with moisturizer to enhance hydration, or spritzing midday to refresh your glow.
Are your products gluten-free?
All of our products are gluten-free, and do not come into contact with gluten during production.
Why do I have to pay shipping?
We wish you didn't. But we're still in the start-up phase, and can't quite swing free shipping yet. But stick with us...let's manifest that for the future. Because we agree... no one likes paying for shipping.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return your product, please contact us immediately. Returns are usually processed as an exchange or store credit unless the product is being returned due to damage or a defect.
In order to receive a credit, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. The product must be mostly unused for us to accept the return. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse return shipping expenses. Please maintain proof of shipment in case your return is lost in transit.
